Richard W. Burk II, 36, died April 25, 1994 after an extended illness.

                             Rick was born and lived his life in the Akron area, was a member of St. Sebastian Church,
                             and a 1976 graduate of Firestone High School.

He is survived by son, David R. Burk of Moundsville, W. Va.; parents, Richard and Audrey Burk of Akron; Patricia Burk; grandmother, Leta Rodhe of Akron; aunts and uncles, Martha and William Bray of Akron, Roberta and Dr. George Burley of Vermillion, and Cmdr. (Ret.) N. N. Langford of Virginia; and many cousins.

Mass of the Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Sebastian Church.  Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery.  Calling hours were at the Hennessy-Bagnoli Funeral Home, 936 N. Main St., 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.  In lieu of other remembrances, donations may be given to the Akron Paramedics, or Visiting Nurse Service, 1200 McArthur Dr., Akron 44320.
